You do not need an account to view schedule information, housing posts, etc.
An account allows you enter new information to our site, such as your own housing post or advertisement. It also registers you for our user directory, where you can generate contact list for other members of the group who have signed up for the user directory. It's a great way of keeping in contact with other members of the group.
Accounts ensure that you, and only you, have the ability to change or remove the information you submit. However, the website administrators reserve the right to censor any information we consider inappropriate.
When you register, we ask for your e-mail address. This is how we send you your initial password. We also use this address to send you a new password if you ever forget your old one.
We use the personal information collected including your name and e-mail address only for the purposes of communication within the group.
We understand and we're really sorry. We want our website to serve you, not to hinder you. If you e-mail the web team with the information you have, we will gladly post it on your behalf.
